Production Time

  • Standard Items: Items that are ready-made will be shipped within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • Custom Orders: Products such as personalized wax seal stamps and self-adhesive wax seals typically require 3-5 business days to prepare, depending on their complexity.

Shipping Options

  • Standard International Shipping & Handling: Estimated delivery within 12-15 working days, excluding production time.
  • Priority Shipping & Insurance: Estimated delivery within 7-12 working days, excluding production time.
  • Express Shipping & Insurance: Expedited delivery within 4-7 working days, excluding production time. A contact phone number is required for this option.

Please note that shipments may be subject to customs clearance processes in the destination country, which can extend delivery times beyond our original estimates.

Shipping Costs

  • Our shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. To view the exact shipping cost, please place the items in your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • We provide free standard international shipping for orders over $60, free priority shipping for orders over $100, and free express shipping for orders over $150 (excluding any remote area service fees).

Customs and Duty Taxes

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, we will not refund the original shipping costs, any fees from customs, or the costs of returning the package to us.

Incorrect Address

  • We are not liable for errors in shipping addresses provided by customers or changes made after order placement. If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately to correct it. If the shipment is dispatched before the address is corrected, and it returns to us, we will resend the item once it is back in our possession. Any fees charged by the shipping carrier for the return and re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
